In the classic relax massage, the masseuse uses friction, kneading and percussion techniques.
These movements help to reduce tension, muscular spasms and cramps.
This massage increases blood flow and lubricates the joints, which can ease movement.
It also helps to regenerate the nervous system and rebalance hormones.

Body part: Total body
This holistic massage technique aims to restore the balance between the mind and body by stimulating the body's energy centres, known as chakras.
As well as physically relaxing the recipient, Ayurvedic massage can help with insomnia, anxiety and emotional issues, restoring psychological, physical and emotional well-being.

Hot stone massage is a special type of massage involving the placement of hot stones on the body to treat various symptoms and disorders, release muscle tension, and relieve stiffness by harnessing the power of heat.
The stones are heated in a special stove until they reach a temperature of around 60–70 °C.

Body parts: Back and neck
The decontracting massage is designed to provide relief from contractures and light pain.
It is characterised by touch, friction, kneading and percussion.
It is not advisable for those with a low pain threshold as the deep movements could cause considerable pain, particularly for those who are not used to this type of massage.

Body part: Partial
This treatment stimulates lymphatic circulation and relieves heavy legs by applying cold, thermoactive products to bandages, which are then placed on the legs.
After leaving the bandages in place for around 20 minutes, a drainage massage is performed on the legs.

Body part: Partial
This genuine lymphatic drainage treatment relieves swelling and heaviness, and reduces water retention, cellulite and oedema.

Treat yourself to the luxury of deep, regenerating cleansing with an exfoliating scrub treatment.
The term “scrub” conjures up the idea of vigorous rubbing and immaculately clean, glowing skin.

Body part: Face
This treatment provides an in-depth cleanse of the face.
A gentle massage is performed using a gel containing microbeads to remove impurities that have built up over time, improving oxygenation and cell renewal.

Body parts: Neck and face.
This gentle and comforting massage begins with light touches, friction and circular movements on the neck, moving up to the forehead. It finishes with an extremely delicate head massage using light finger pressure.

Gua Sha is an ancient massage technique.
During the massage, a heart-shaped stone and a stone roller are used.
